Privacy policy

This policy explains what MBY Games (“we”) collects when you use our games or this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Review it with your own legal counsel before publishing — the text below is a starting point, not legal advice.

What we collect

• Gameplay data — level progress, scores and settings, stored on your device and, if you opt in, synced to our servers so you can restore a save.
• Diagnostics — crash reports and performance metrics containing device model, OS version and an anonymous install identifier.
• Support messages — the email address and content you send us.

We do not ask for your name, address, phone number or payment details. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple and Google; we never see your card.

Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, email support@mbygames.com and we will delete it.

Third parties

We use a small number of processors — app store platforms (Apple, Google), a crash reporting provider and an analytics provider. Each receives only the data needed to do its job and is contractually barred from selling it. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing support@mbygames.com. If you are in the EEA, UK or California, you also have the rights granted by GDPR / CCPA, including the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

Retention

Diagnostic data is kept for 90 days. Cloud saves are kept while your install is active and deleted 12 months after last use, or immediately on request.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be announced in-game before they take effect.
